Q - How did you hear about Moniker (CH, DS)?
A - Monte Cahn, the CEO of Moniker worked with us as an expert witness regarding domain issues in a legal case.

Q - Why did you select Moniker?
A - We did a trial with Moniker, the service was excellent and the prices were good so we expanded the relationship. We now register new domain names with Moniker, and we're transferring the other names we own. Additionally, we do a lot of acquisition, when we acquire a company we transfer the domains to Moniker. We have about 150 domains registered with Moniker.

Q - What advantages does Moniker have vs. other options?
A - We get a good amount of personal service and personal attention, that wasn't the case with our previous registrar.

Q - If you were to recommend Moniker, to another company, what product or service benefits would you mention?
A - From our perspective, price and performance, the customer service aspect makes a big difference. I appreciate when people me you back and follow-up on things. The interface is pretty easy to use, I haven't had any problems.

Q - What has been the best single benefit you have experienced since switching to Moniker?
A - The ability to get through to Customer Service and get assistance. They answer the phone right away and deal with my issues.

Q - Are there any tips or suggestions you would like to share with other Domain managers from your years of experience?
A - For people who own or manage a lot of domains, it is important to have a good relationship with your registrar.

Q - Are there any recent trends or best practices you would like to pass along to other Domain managers?
A - Consistently revisit domains you own and the business reason you purchased it for.
