How do I renew a domain name at DomainSystems?

Login to your DomainSystems account. Click here for help on logging into your account.

When you are logged in, you will now be in the “My Account” area.

On the menu on the left, under the “Manage Domains” heading, click on “View Domains” or enter the domain name into the “Domain Search Box” provided in the center of this page.

Click the box next to the domain name(s) that you want to renew (If you want to renew all the domain names, click on the button that says Select “All”).

Then click on the “Renew link” (this link is located above the list of your domain names).

On the next page, click on the link marked: “Clicking Here”.

From the drop down menu on the left, choose the number of years you wish to renew the domain name(s) for (you can renew a domain name from 1 to 10 years). Please be advised that the default setting is 2 years.

Then click on “Add to Cart”.

If you wish to not add any additional domain name services, click “Continue”.

On the next page, the domains name(s) you wish to renew, the years you wish to renew them for and the amount you are being charged are all displayed. Confirm all the information is correct and then click “Checkout”.

Now choose your method of payment from the following 3 options:

  • Pay using your account prepaid funds.
  • Pay using credit card on file
  • Pay using a new credit card

If you do not have any prepaid funds or a Credit Card on file, then choose “Pay using a new credit card”. (If you wish to pay by another method, then please contact support@domainsystems.com for assistance).

Scroll down and enter the requested information.

Once you have filled in the information, click on “Buy Now”.

You will then be brought to a page confirming you have been charged.

In order to confirm the domain name(s) have been renewed, take note of your Tracking Reference Number: Then click on where it says “Click Here” (right above the Tracking Reference Number).

You should now be brought to The DomainSystems Account Status Center

On the left. Click on the Tracking Reference Number that is associated with your transaction. On the following page, you should see that the domain name(s) have been renewed successfully.

An e-mail receipt for your purchase is then sent to the e-mail address on file for the DomainSystems Account.
